Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Mission

Serotonic Wellness exists to make high-quality mental health care more accessible, without gatekeeping, judgment, or the pressure to “have it all together” before you ask for help. We provide affirming, practical therapy for teens and adults across Washington via telehealth, meeting clients where they are with evidence-informed tools and real, relatable support. Our mission is to create a space that feels human and safe: a place to be honest, build coping skills that actually fit your life, and move toward stability, self-trust, and meaningful change—one doable step at a time.

Specialties

Our Mission

Our Mission

Serotonic Wellness specializes in supporting teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, especially when overwhelm, overthinking, burnout, low motivation, and emotional ups-and-downs start impacting school, work, relationships, and daily life. We focus on practical, evidence-informed care that helps clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve routines and follow-through, and shift unhelpful thought patterns with compassion and clarity. Whether you’re managing lifelong symptoms, going through a stressful life transition, or just feeling stuck, we tailor therapy to your goals so progress feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
